Biography
Suo Liansheng, male, Man nationality, is a native of Beijing municipality. He was born in 1942, joined the CPC in 1969, and graduated from technical secondary school. Suo was involved in the city planning of Beijing, where he directed the "Civilized City Construction" project and the "Capital Construction of Spiritual Civilization" project. He is vice-chairman of the standing committee of the 12th Beijing Municipal People's Congress.
