Biography
Wan Jisheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Urad Front Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. He was born in 1942, joined the CPC in 1971, and received a college education. Wan held leading Party posts in the CPC Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Committee, where he served as deputy secretary-general until 1993.
Wan Jisheng served as vice-chairman and member of the leading Party group of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional People's Congress in 2003.
