Biography
Wu Guangqi, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shandong province. He was born in 1957, graduated from the Ocean University of China and received a master's degree in government administration from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. He served twice as secretary of the CPC Committee of the China National Offshore Oil Corporation, and he served as chief of the politics department from 2000 until 2002. He became secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the China National Offshore Oil Corporation in 2004.
