Yang Chunguang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Cangshan County, Shandong Province. He was born in 1954, entered the work force in 1969, and joined the CPC in 1978. From 2007 to 2012, he was Director of Publicity Department of CPC Xinjiang Autonomous Regional Committee. From 2012 to 2021 he served as Deputy Director of State Bureau of Civil Servants.
