Yi Hailin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Tianjin Municipality. He was born in 1960, graduated from Tsinghua University with a Bachelor Degree in Architecture and entered the work force in 1983, and joined the CPC in 1987. In 1998, he received a Master Degree in Economics from Nankai University. In 2005, he received a Doctorate Degree from Tianjin University. From 2007 to 2012, he was Director of Planning Bureau of Tianjin Municipality. Since 2013, he is Vice-Mayor, People's Government, Tianjin Municipality.
