Biography
Zhang Fawang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xingtang County, Hebei province. He was born in 1953, graduated from Hebei University, and joined the CPC in 1978.
In 2003 he served as director of the City Development Project Commission of the Shijiazhuang City Government, and as vice-mayor of Shijiazhuang, Hebei province. He currently serves as the mayoral assistant of the Economic Restructuring Office of the Shijiazhuang City People's Government.
