Biography
Zhang Junjiu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Funan, Anhui Province. Zhang was born in 1940 and joined the CPC in 1940.
Zhang served as a top manager of the China National Ordnance Industry Corporation. He later joined the board of trustees of Beijing University of Science and Engineering. In 1998, he became vice-minister of the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense.
Zhang is a member of the 16th CPC Central Committee.
