Zhang Laiwu, male, Han Nationality, was born in 1955, is a native of Tongling of Anhui Province. Began to work in 1973 and joined the CPC in 1981. Graduated from School of Mathematical Sciences of Pecking University, and Economists of The State University of New York. Doctor Degrees of Mathematical Sciences and Economists. Now he is Vice Minister of Ministry of Science and Technology.
