Zhu Xiaodan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. He was born in 1953, started to work in 1971 and joined the CPC in 1975. He attended the graduate school of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. He was an alternate member of the 17th CPC Central Committee, Secretary of the Guangzhou CPC City Committee, and Director of Standing Committee of Guangzhou People's Congress. He was Governor of Guangdong Province from 2012 to 2016. He is a member of the 18th CPC Central Committee. In 2017 he became Vice-Chairman of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee of the NPC.
