Biography
Zhuang Xinyi, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanghai. He was born in 1955, joined the CPC in 1985, and graduated from the Shaanxi Finance and Economics Institute, where he was a doctoral candidate. He is a senior economist.
Zhuang held leading financial posts, including a term as president of the Securities Association of China. He served as currently vice-chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission from 2005 to 2015.
