Huang Shuhe, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zijin, Guangdong province. He was born in 1954, and graduated from Zhongshan University. Huang has spent much of his career at the State Economic and Trade Commission, where he directed the general office. He now serves as vice-chairman of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.
