Chen Zhirong, male, Li Nationality, is a native of Wuzhishan City, Hainan Province. He was born in 1957, joined the CPC in 1975, graduated from Economics Department of Sun Yat-Sen University and entered the work force in 1980. From 2010 to 2011, he was Director of Science Education Culture Working Committee of Hainan Province People’s Congress Standing Committee. Since July 2012, he is Vice-Governor, People's Government, Hainan Province.
