Che Yingxin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Henan province. He was born in 1954, graduated from the Henan Banking School, and received his B.A. in economic management from the Henan CPC Party School in 1995. From 1980 to 1992, Che held posts at various local branches of the People's Bank of China in Henan province, including the Lushi county branch, and the Luoyang, Sanmenxia and Xinyang municipal branches. He became assistant chairman of the China Banking Regulatory Commission in 2005.
