Chen Heping, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jingjiang City, Jiangxi Province. He was born in 1956, entered the work force in 1974, graduated from Beijing Business School with a Bachelor Degree in 1983, and joined the CPC in 1985. He was Secretary General of CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee from 2004 to 2012. Since 2012, he is Vice-Mayor, People's Government, Chongqing Municipality.
