Biography
Chen Wanguang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Anxian, Sichuan Province. He was born in 1945, joined the CPC in 1979 and graduated from the Chengdu Institute of Technology. Chen has held leading Party posts in his native Anxian, including the post of secretary, in the mid-1980s. He was appointed director of the Provincial Party Construction Leading Group in the mid-1990s.
