Biography
Cheng Yonghua, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jilin Province. He was born in 1954. He spent most of his career working for Chinese Embassy Japan, Tokyo, more than 25 years. From 2008 to 2010, he was the Chinese Ambassador to South Korea. In 2010, he replaced Cui Tiankai and as Ambassador of the Chinese Embassy Japan, Tokyo.
