Biography
Cheng Lu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shandong Province. He was born in 1946, and joined the CYLC at the beginning of his career. Cheng has held Party positions in its publicity department, and in 1993 he served as vice chairman of the Agricultural and Forestry Workers' Trade Union.
Cheng Lu was appointed secretary-general of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce in 1997.
