Biography
Duan Wende, male, Han nationality, was born in 1953. He is a senior engineer.
He graduated from Nankai University and pursued a master's degree in economics at the Postgraduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences while working. He has over thirty years experience in China's petrochemical industry. Duan is currently director of the PetroChina Company.
