Fan Xiaomao, male, Han nationality, is a native of Ruichang City, Jiangxi Province. He was born in 1965, entered the work place in 1986, joined the CPC in 1988. He held a Bachelor Degree. From 2012 to 2014, he was Director of Comprehensive Instruction Department of State Bureau for Letters and Calls. Since 2014, he is Deputy Director, State Bureau for Letters and Calls.
