Fang Aiqing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yuncheng County, Shandong Province. He was born in 1956, entered the work force in 1975, and joined the CPC in 1978.He graduated from Heilongjiang Business School. From 2008 to 2013, he was Assistant Minister of Commerce Ministry. Since 2013, he is Vice-Minister, Ministry of Commerce.
