Biography
Fang Zhaoben, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jinhua, Zhejiang Province.
Fang served as the vice-president of the Institute of Commerce at the University of Science and Technology of China. He was Vice-Chairman and later chairman of the 4th and 5th Chinese Democratic National Construction Association Anhui Provincial Committees.
Fang was a member of the Standing Committee of the 9th CPPCC National Committee.
