Biography
Feng Guoqin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanghai Municipality. He was born in 1948, became a first-class middle school teacher, and economic engineer. Feng Guoqin graduated from the Party school of the CPC Central Committee.
He was a member of the standing committee of the Shanghai Municipal CPC Committee and vice-mayor of Shanghai Municipality. He is now Chairman of the Municipal CPPCC Committee of Shanghai.
