Fu Ying, female, Mongolian nationality, was born in 1953. She is a native of Tongliao, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. She graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University. Postgraduate from University of Kent. Now was Vice-Minister of Ministry of Foreign Affairs 2010 to 2013. In 2013 she became Director of 12th NPC Foreign Affairs Committee.
