Gao Jianmin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yuxian County, Shanxi Province. He was born in 1960, entered the work force in 1977, joined the CPC in 1982 and graduated from Shanxi University in 1982. From 2008 to 2010, he was Secretary General of CPC Shanxi Provincial Committee. On November 26, 2010, he was promoted as Vice-Governor of Shanxi Province.
