Biography
Han Huipeng, male, Han nationality, was born in 1956 and followed a career in agricultural education. He joined the Education Division of the Department of Agriculture in 1982 and moved to the Department of Education in 1994. He is now vice-president of China Agricultural University and deputy Party secretary.
Han has been a member and director of several committees concerned with setting educational standards and was chief editor of the magazine "High Agricultural Education."
