Biography
He Fuchu, male, Han nationality, was born in Anxiang, Hunan Province and is a native of Li County, Hunan Province. He graduated from the Biology Department of Fudan University and received a Ph.D. from the Radiology Research Institute, Military Medical Science Institute. He was a researcher and superintendent of that institute and was elected academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2001.
He, whose specialty is cell biology and genetics, has done extensive research in molecular biology and gene engineering.
