Biography
He Shaocun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yuanshi, Hebei province. He was born in 1942, joined the CPC in 1982 and graduated from the department of civil engineering of the Tianjin Institute of Technology. He is an engineer. He has served in the transportation department of Hebei province, where he was director until 1995. He served as vice-chairman of the standing committee of the Hebei Provincial People's Congress in 2003.
