He Shushan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xintai City, Shandong Province. He was born in 1964, graduated from Northeast Petroleum University (Daqing Petroleum College) and entered the work force in 1984, and joined the CPC in 1986. He held a Doctorate Degree. From 2008 to 2013, he was Director of Economics and Technology Development Zone Management Committee of Tianjin Municipality. Since 2013, he is Vice-Mayor, People's Government, Tianjin Municipality.
