Hu Minghe, male, Han nationality, is a native of Dinghai, Zhejiang Province. He was born in 1943, and graduated from Huazhong Engineering College. Hu has spent over thirty years working in the shipbuilding industry. He was promoted to executive deputy general manager of the China State Shipbuilding Industry Corporation in 1999.
