Huang Jingsheng, male, Han nationality. He graduated from Beijing Foreign Language Studies University in 1982 and later received a master's degree and doctorate degree from Stanford University. In 1992 he joined Dataquest Corporation as an analyst. Two years later he, along with several others, founded General Wireless Co. Ltd. In 1998, he became director and general manager of the China Region for Softbank.
