Jia Chengzao, male, Han nationality, was born in 1949, and holds a doctorate from Nanjing University. He is a senior engineer and a fellow of the China Scientific Institute with over 25 years experience in China's oil and geological industry. He is chief geologist of the PetroChina Company.
