Biography
Jiang Hongjiang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Gaocheng City, Hebei province. He was born in 1962, postgraduated from Tsinghua University, and joined the CPC in 1985. He is a senior engineer.
In 2003 he served as a member of the standing committee of the Shijiazhuang Municipal CPC Committee and as vice-mayor of Shijiazhuang. He currently serves as director of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Construction Bureau.
