Biography
Jin Caikuan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zhijiang, Hubei Province. He was born in 1944, and graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University. During the early 1980s, Jin worked in the Hudong Shipyard, occupying technical and managerial positions. In 1990, he became deputy general manager of the Shanghai Shipbuilding Industry Company. He is currently the deputy general manager of the China State Shipbuilding Industry Corporation.
