Biography

Jing Zhengshu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Nanbu county, Sichuan Province. He was born in 1945, joined the CPC in 1974, and graduated from the Agricultural Department of Southwest Agricultural University. Jing has been active in the Deyang and Zhongjiang county Party committees of Sichuan Province. He was promoted to vice-minister of the Ministry of Water Resources in 2000 and held the office until 2005.
