Biography
Jing Zhongchun, male, Han nationality, was born in 1941 and joined the CPC in 1966. He obtained the academic credentials of high school. Jing held leading posts in Pengxi county of Sichuan province, where he served as secretary of the CPC committee until 1989. He was appointed deputy director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Sichuan Province in 2002.
