Li Bing, male, Han Nationality, was born in 1949 and is a native of Anda of Helongjiang Province. He joined the CPC in 1972 and has a Masters Degree of Economics from Jilin University and a Doctorate in Political Theory from Jilin University. Now he is Secretary of Leading Party Group of the Chinese Writers Association.
