Li Dongheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Nanyang, Henan province. He was born in 1944, graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University, and joined the PLA in 1969. Li Dongheng was appointed director of the political section of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force in 1996.
