Li Jiange, male, Han nationality, is a native of Nantong City, Jiangsu province. He was born in 1949, and attended Nanjing Techers University. He held leading posts for the state, serving as deputy director of the Economics Restructuring Office of the State Council until 2003. In that same year Li was promoted to deputy director of the Development Research Center of the State Council. In 2008, he became chairman of China International Capital Corporation.
