He was born in 1966, joined the CPC in 1987, graduated from Jiangxi Finance College Accounting Department and entered the work force in 1989. From 2011 to 2013, he was Assistant Minister of Commerce Ministry. Since 2013, he is Vice-Governor of People's Government of Gansu Province.
