Li Yunpeng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shandong province. He was born in 1959, and received a master's degree in naval architectural design from Tianjin University. He is a senior engineer. He joined China Ocean Shipping Group Company in 1976, and became director of the discipline inspection committee in 2004.
