Biography
Li Zhenqun, male, Han nationality, graduated from Beijing University in 1970.
A veteran of the telecommunications industry, Li served as the director-general of both the telecommunications and posts bureau in the government of Xiamen, Fujian Province.
He is the vice-president and chief operating officer of the China Mobile Group Company Limited – which is based in Hong Kong. In 2000, he joined the company as a member of its board of directors. In this capacity, Li is responsible for the operations and management of the company.
