Biography
Li Zhiyong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yangzhou City, Jiangsu province. He was born in 1953 and joined the CPC in 1975. Li graduated from the Chinese History graduate department of CentralChina Normal University. He served as deputy secretary-general of the Organization Department of the CPPCC, and in 2005 he became deputy head of the department.
He became Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Personnel in 2007.
