Biography Highlight

Lin Nianxiu was born on 1963 in Shandong Province, Qixia County. He joined the CPC in 1983 and attended Xibei Telecommunication Engineering College. In 2007, Lin became Vice-Chairman of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
