Biography
Liu Andong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fengcheng County, Liaoning province. He was born in 1946, joined the CPC in 1966, and graduated from the Beijing Institute of Posts and Telecommunications.
Liu is an engineer. From the late 1980s to the late 1990s, Liu held leading posts with the state council's Special Economic Zones Office, including serving as director of its Open Coastal Regions Department. In 2003 he was elected director of the State Post Bureau.
