Biography
Liu Chengjun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Chengwu County, Shandong Province. He was born in 1949 and a Member of CPC. From 2003-2004 he served as Commander of Air Force of Nanjing Military Region and Vice Military Commander of Nanjing Military Region of PLA. From 2004-to 2007, he served as Commander of Air Force of PLA and Deputy Secretary of CPC Party Committee of Air Force of PLA. Since 2007, he is President of Academy of Military Sciences of the PLA and a Member of 17th CPC Central Committee.
