Biography
Liu Yanping, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fengnan District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province. He was born in 1955, entered the work force in 1974, and joined the CPC in 1979. He graduated from Beijing Police School and China University of Political Science and Law. From 2011 to 2013, he was Assistant Minister of Public Security Ministry. Since 2013, he is Vice-Minister, Ministry of Public Security.
