Biography

Liu Zhigeng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xingning City, Guangdong Province. He was born in 1956, entered the work force in 1973, graduated from Jilin University in 1983, and joined the CPC in 1985. From 2006 to 2011, he was Secretary of CPC Dongguan City of Guangdong Province. Since December 2011, he is Vice-Governor of People's Government of Guangdong Province.
