Lv Bo, male, Han nationality, was born in 1962. Lu graduated from China University of Mining and Technology with Bachelor Degree in Business Management, later he got his Master Degree in Business Management from China-Europe International Business School. From 2006 to 2010, he was Assistant General Manager of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC). On May 2010, he was promoted as Deputy General Manager of CNOOC.
