Biography
Lu Wei, female, Han nationality, is a native of Shanghai Municipality. She was born in 1956 and graduated from Tongji University. She holds a Doctorate Degree in Management. Currently, she is a Member of the 11th NPC Standing Committee, a Member of the 11th NPC Financial and Economic Committee, and Head of the Technology and Economy Research Department of the Development Research Center of State Council. She is also Adjunct Professor of Dalian University of Technology and Adjunct Professor of Tongji University.
