Biography
Ma Chunlin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Cixian. He was born in l957, graduated and received a graduate degree from the Steel-Making Department of the Hebei Mining and Metallurgy College, and joined the CPC.
Ma has spent his entire career in the steel industry, serving in various management positions. He ultimately served as director the 1st Steel Mill of the Hangang Group. Although he has worked chiefly in Hebei Province, he also spent a few years in Guizhou Province. He is a member of the CPC and holds the rank of senior engineer.
